What's Included

• Remote monitoring and diagnostics
• Maintenance and repair guidance

Remote monitoring and diagnostics are performed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Troubleshooting is performed remotely whenever possible and permissible. Maintenance and repair advice is available daily between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from the staff at the CHP Service Center in Overath.

Operator's Responsibilities

• All necessary replacement parts
• Performing all maintenance intervals specified by the equipment manufacturer
• Repairs and lubricant supply
• Daily visual inspection
• Remote diagnostics interface (preferably DSL)

Applies to the combined heat and power plants we operate with an electrical output ranging from 20 kW to 400 kW

In addition to remote support, our staff performs routine maintenance. This includes complex maintenance tasks such as adjusting the engine valves. The replacement of wear parts and spare parts is included.

Scope of Delivery and Included Services

• Spare parts for all maintenance intervals specified by the equipment manufacturer
• Labor and travel expenses

The M3 maintenance model supplements the services included in M2 by providing repair services. The term "repair" refers to those services and tasks that are not part of the maintenance plan

Under the M4 service model, all scheduled maintenance is performed using the appropriate replacement parts. For example, the motor is also replaced at specified intervals.

Notes: The term "repairs" refers to services, work, and parts that are not included in the maintenance plan.

In addition to maintenance models M1-M4, maintenance model M5 covers all spare parts and repairs, including engine replacement if necessary. This maintenance plan ensures a very high level of system availability.

Scope of Delivery

• All services from M1 to M4
• Draining of the system (lubricants, coolant)
• Disposal of operating fluids
• Disassembly of the defective engine (not applicable for engine overhaul)
• Disposal of the defective engine or replaced components
• Delivery and installation of the new engine ready for operation, or repair (overhaul) of the existing engine
• Refilling with operating fluids
• System recommissioning
• System testing and trial run

Operator's Contribution

• Lifting equipment and transport of the engine to the CHP plant

In addition, we provide maintenance services for all common engine types, regardless of the manufacturer.
